Resolved after 1 hour, affecting ezyVet Software: Australia and ezyVet Software: New Zealand, on November 3, 2026.
The issue is now fixed. Any procedures that failed to bill during the outage are listed under Billing Triggers → Failed. For each one, click Process to bill it, or disable it if you've already added those charges to the invoice by hand. If you added charges by hand today, please also check those invoices for duplicates, as some failed charges may have gone through on their own once the fix was in place.

Some sites are experiencing errors when adding procedures Since the morning of 4 November (NZ time), some ezyVet sites in New Zealand and Australia have seen the error "There was an error processing billing triggers, please contact support" when adding a procedure to a clinical record. Charges sent from Smart Flow may also be affected. Consults and vaccinations are billing normally. We've found the cause and are rolling out a fix now.
