    We are experiencing an outage caused by one of our external vendors affecting submission processing. This is causing temporary failures / some submissions missing partial results This issue started at 10:15 ET / 15:15 UTC. We are investigating and working on resolving this with highest priority.

    There is an ongoing intermittent issue with our DNS provider cloudflare: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ - we are actively investigating for updates / root cause.
