We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. investigating May 22, 2026, 11:25 AM UTC

We've identified that this issue specifically affects data sources configured with the Country breakdown. Sources without this breakdown are downloading normally. Workaround: If the Country breakdown is not essential for your reporting, you can connect a new data source without it applied to resume data imports. We are in contact with Meta regarding this issue and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

We're actively working with Meta's engineering team to resolve this issue and will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

  5. investigating May 27, 2026, 02:13 PM UTC

We are now seeing Facebook Ads data sources downloading normally again, including those configured with the Country breakdown. We have re-tested and can confirm that data is flowing as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates if anything changes. Thank you for your patience.

  6. investigating May 29, 2026, 01:27 PM UTC

Facebook Ads data sources, including those with the Country breakdown, have continued to download as expected since our last update, and we have not seen any further "Service temporarily unavailable" errors from the Meta API. We are considering this incident resolved. If you experience any further issues, please reach out to support. Thank you for your patience

Salesforce data sources — increased authentication errors

Duration
7d 18h
Timeline · 3 updates
  1. investigating May 12, 2026, 06:25 PM UTC

Due to mandatory security updates required by Salesforce, we recently enabled stricter token security controls across our Salesforce connectors (Marketing Cloud not affected) We are seeing an increased number of Salesforce sources reporting authentication errors ("No Access"). This is caused by existing refresh tokens being invalidated as part of the Salesforce security rollout. Affected sources need to be reconnected to generate a new valid token. We are also currently investigating issues with the reconnection flow that may prevent some users from completing the reconnect. We are working to unblock this with highest priority.

  2. monitoring May 15, 2026, 03:30 PM UTC

We have deployed a fix that resolves authentication errors for the majority of affected Salesforce sources. For most users: reconnecting your Salesforce data source through the Funnel UI will restore access and resume data collection. We recommend doing this if your source is currently showing "No Access." For a subset of users: we are aware that the reconnection flow is not completing successfully in some cases. We have identified this as a separate issue and are actively working to resolve it. No action is required from affected users at this time, we will provide an update as soon as a resolution is in place. We continue to monitor all Salesforce connections closely.

  3. resolved May 20, 2026, 12:45 PM UTC

We are pleased to confirm that the Salesforce authentication errors have been fully resolved. All affected data sources should now be reconnected and downloading data as expected. Thank you for your patience on the matter.

We're aware of an issue where some customers are not seeing data after 2026-03-26 for their X Ads sources. We're currently investigating the cause.

  2. investigating Apr 03, 2026, 03:02 PM UTC

We have made progress in our investigation into the data issues affecting X Ads sources. We have identified two separate issues contributing to the disruption, both not only limited to Funnel but confirmed across the broader X Ads API ecosystem: Intermittent errors when retrieving campaign data. This caused some downloads to fail entirely. Based on our monitoring, this issue has largely subsided. Incomplete or missing metrics for certain ad configurations, some X Ads sources are returning incomplete data for metrics such as impressions, clicks, and cost. This issue appears to still be ongoing and is not limited to Funnel. We are continuing to monitor both issues closely. Sources affected by the first issue has successfully been resolved. For the second issue, we are tracking the situation and will trigger re-syncs once complete data is available. We understand this impacts your reporting and continue to treat this with the highest priority.

  3. identified Apr 07, 2026, 05:55 PM UTC

After discussion with X, the discrepancies are due to a major overhaul of the X adstack between the period of 3.14 through 3.31. Still investigating when and if the reporting will be back to normal

  4. resolved May 28, 2026, 02:15 PM UTC

AppsFlyer - Data Mismatch

Duration

Timeline · 5 updates
  1. monitoring Mar 17, 2026, 03:05 PM UTC

AppsFlyer - Inflated monetary values Monitoring - A recent update to our AppsFlyer connector caused a regression that greatly inflated monetary values, specifically Cost and Event Revenue, for any data that the connector retrieved between March 16th 10:05 AM and March 17th 12:04 AM (both times UTC). A fix has been deployed, and we believe that the majority of affected AppsFlyer data sources should self-heal within 24 hours. If your data source is still showing inflated values for these metrics after 24 hours, or if you want us to manually refresh your data source(s) to expedite the process of getting your data corrected, please reach out to our support team. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  2. monitoring Mar 19, 2026, 10:30 AM UTC

We have observed that some data sources are not self-healing as we previously anticipated, partially as a result of quota limit constraints that cause the re-fetching of affected data to take longer than expected. Moreover, we have identified that some data sources backfilled more historical data than we were previously aware of around the time the regression was introduced. We are currently working to locate these data sources to ensure that they are scheduled to re-import any data that has been affected by this issue.

  3. monitoring Mar 20, 2026, 03:23 PM UTC

We have now scheduled new backfills for all AppsFlyer data sources and date intervals that we believe to be affected by this issue. Due to quota limits, the process of re-fetching all this data may take a bit of time, but we hope that it will be completed over the weekend. We will check progress on Monday and update this incident accordingly.

  4. monitoring Mar 23, 2026, 03:28 PM UTC

We believe that most affected data sources should now have correct data once again. Some data sources that have a lot of data to re-fetch may still be in the process of backfilling historical data, so we will continue to monitor for a while longer. If you still notice any discrepancies related to inflated monetary values in your AppsFlyer data sources, please reach out to support and we will investigate accordingly.

  5. resolved Mar 25, 2026, 10:06 AM UTC

We consider this issue to be resolved. Backfills for affected data sources should be completed successfully by now. If you observe any inflated monetary values in your AppsFlyer data sources, please reach out to support for investigation.

  1. identified Mar 06, 2026, 02:01 PM UTC

We are currently experiencing an interruption in TikTok data downloads. A recent change to our systems caused a higher volume of requests to the TikTok API which has caused us to temporarily exceed our API quota. Background: On March 3, we started seeing an increase in errors for TikTok downloads. We deployed a fix to accommodate this change; however, the resulting increase in request volume has triggered a secondary quota limitation. Next Steps: We are optimizing our retrieval process to lower the request count. We will provide an update as soon as downloads resume.

  2. resolved Mar 09, 2026, 10:08 AM UTC

We deployed a fix over the weekend which allowed us to resume downloads again. As of March 8th, downloads are back to normal.

We have received reports of Trade Desk data sources and the imports of their most recent data being delayed. The team is currently investigating the issue and will provide further updates on the data delays as soon as we have them. We appreciate your patience while investigating the issue.

  2. monitoring Mar 06, 2026, 08:42 AM UTC

The issue affecting some Trade Desk data sources has been corrected. We identified that a recently added field in the connector impacted API performance, preventing some data imports from completing. The field has been removed, and delayed sources are now recovering. We are continuing to monitor to ensure stable data delivery.

  3. resolved Mar 06, 2026, 02:53 PM UTC

All affected Trade Desk data sources have now fully recovered, and data imports are operating normally. The issue was caused by a recent connector update that impacted API performance. The update has been reverted, and we have validated that imports are completing as expected. We will continue to monitor performance closely to ensure ongoing stability.

We are currently experiencing significant delays affecting exports that started on Jan 30, 2026, at 06:00 CET. Impact • Exports may be delayed or not delivered as expected. • This may impact your ability to move data from Funnel to your downstream destinations. We understand how critical exports are to your workflows, and we’re taking this issue very seriously. Our Product and Development teams are actively investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We have reverted the change, and export processing is now recovering. Our teams are continuing to investigate to fully understand the issue and prevent a recurrence. We’re very sorry for the continued disruption.

  3. monitoring Jan 30, 2026, 11:58 AM UTC

  1. investigating Jan 22, 2026, 12:22 PM UTC

We are investigating a issue where Facebook Ads gets incorrect data. It shows up as zeroes in metric values. Incident will be updated continuously.

  2. identified Jan 22, 2026, 12:51 PM UTC

We have identified a potential issue introduced. Working on rolling back issue.

  3. monitoring Jan 22, 2026, 01:50 PM UTC

We identified the issue as a change in Funnel’s query engine that was released at 10:00 AM CET (04:00 AM EST, 01:00 AM PST). The change was rolled back at 2:00 PM CET (08:00 AM EST, 05:00 AM PST). While the change was live, incorrect metrics were produced across Funnel dashboards, Data Explorer, and data exports. As a result, any data exports generated during this period may contain incorrect metric values. The data will be corrected automatically on the next scheduled export, or you may choose to manually re-run exports to correct the data sooner. We are keeping the incident open and under monitoring for a period of time to ensure that metrics remain stable and that no further issues occur.

  4. resolved Jan 23, 2026, 12:54 PM UTC

We’re now closing this incident, as everything has been running smoothly since yesterday. The root cause was an update to one of our supporting libraries, which led to incorrect data being shown for a period of time. We’re adding additional safeguards and monitoring to reduce the risk of this happening again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We know that you rely on Funnel to make confident marketing decisions, and our commitment is that your data should always be available, accurate, and trustworthy. We fell short of that expectation in this case, and we appreciate your patience while we resolved the issue. Thank you for your understanding.

Snapchat – Delayed imports

Duration
1d 23h
Timeline · 4 updates
  1. investigating Jan 14, 2026, 09:52 AM UTC

We have observed that many Snapchat data sources are currently experiencing issues with importing new data. This appears to relate to a particular metric, conversion_subscribe (or "Subscriptions"), that the Snapchat API has suddenly started treating as incompatible when included in our requests. We have reached out to Snapchat's developer support to get insights on what the problem is. Should the issue continue to persist, we will consider temporarily removing the metric in question in order to get affected data sources up and running again.

  2. identified Jan 14, 2026, 04:08 PM UTC

We are in talks with a representative from Snapchat on how to proceed in this case. Additionally, we have received more specifics on the issue itself, namely that metrics related to Subscriptions are incompatible with the Country dimension. Previously, this incompatibility would simply return a metric value of 0 for affected metrics, however this behavior has now been altered to raise an error instead, resulting in the issue we are trying to resolve here. We are now looking into updating our integration to exclude Subscription-related metrics when a data source has been configured to use Country as its dimension to accommodate this new API behavior.

  3. monitoring Jan 15, 2026, 09:22 AM UTC

Snapchat seem to have rolled back the changes on their side. Data sources previously affected by this problem are now managing to download new data successfully. We are waiting to receive confirmation from Snapchat on what actions they have taken, and which adjustments (if any) we should make to our connector to ensure this issue does not happen again. We will continue to monitor the connector closely until we hear back from Snapchat.

  4. resolved Jan 16, 2026, 09:01 AM UTC

Snapchat have confirmed that the aforementioned new API behavior has been rolled back, and is unlikely to return without prior warning. This issue is now resolved.

  1. investigating Jan 09, 2026, 12:04 PM UTC

We have observed an increase in errors for data sources connected to our The Trade Desk connector. The reports we generate through their API appear to stall indefinitely, resulting in delays. We have reached out to The Trade Desk for further investigation.

  2. monitoring Jan 12, 2026, 09:19 AM UTC

Most data sources that were previously affected by this issue appear to have self-healed over the weekend. However, as we are still seeing intermittent stalled reports in some cases, we will continue to monitor the situation for a while before considering this incident resolved.

  3. resolved Jan 13, 2026, 02:27 PM UTC

Error rates have stabilized. We now consider this issue resolved.

  1. investigating Dec 05, 2025, 09:21 AM UTC

We are currently observing elevated error rates for our Facebook Pages connector, resulting in delayed imports for most data sources. Our developers are investigating the issue.

  2. identified Dec 05, 2025, 10:12 AM UTC

We have identified that the metric "Total Video View Time (in MS)", known as "page_video_view_time" in the Page Insights API, is currently causing API requests to fail when included. As a temporary measure, we have removed this metric from our requests in order to get affected data sources up and running again. Additionally, we have reported this issue to Meta. Once the problem with the metric has been resolved on their end, we will add it back to our requests. We apologize for any inconvenience that the temporary removal of this metric may cause.

  3. monitoring Dec 05, 2025, 01:02 PM UTC

After removing the metric that was causing issues, affected data sources are starting to stabilize. We anticipate that all delayed data sources should have up-to-date data within a few hours from now. We will keep this incident open for the time being in hopes of providing an update on when the metric in question will be restored. We will post an update as soon as we receive feedback from Meta on the subject, or if we discover that the metric starts working again through our own testing.

  4. monitoring Dec 08, 2025, 04:46 PM UTC

Meta has acknowledged our issue escalation, which has been flagged by other users as well. We will let you know once we have a resolution update from Meta.

  5. monitoring Dec 10, 2025, 05:12 PM UTC

We have escalated this issue with our Meta contact and are continuing to await further updates.

  6. resolved Dec 11, 2025, 03:04 PM UTC

Meta has confirmed that the issue has been resolved on their end. After verifying this on our side, we have now restored the "Total Video View Time (in MS)" (page_video_view_time) metric in our Facebook Pages connector.
