When connecting to the EVP remote desktop application, and you are prompted with a new Windows security window, you should enable access to Drives, Clipboard and Printers. We have identified an issue with the Microsoft MFA Authentication system that is now requiring all users to authenticate with an MFA device associated with their account. Each user login will need to register an MFA device with their account so they are prompted for a second authentication method in Microsoft Authenticator. The Amazon outage in progress since early this morning appears to be having an intermittent impact on EVP calls to their SP-API which may impact timeliness of order processing and inventory updates on Amazon channels.

We are currently investigating an issue with intermittent disconnects in the Remote Desktop Applications.
We are continuing to investigate to find a root cause, but it appears connections have stabilized. After business hours tonight we will continue troubleshooting which may cause further disconnects. We will keep the status page updated.

We are current experiencing issues with some eBay related APi calls. It appears to be impacting Item and Image uploads as well as some categorization processes. As of now, Order and Fulfillment processes appear to be running without error. We have opened a support case with eBay about this issue. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
