We are watching an issue with an incident on the Shopify API. We are currently not aware of any issues in EVP. Let us know if you are seeing any issues by logging a ticket in the Etail Help center. We are currently investigating and will keep you updated. Merchants may also encounter issues logging into POS, Mobile, and while attempting to contact Shopify Support. We are continuing to investigate the current issue. To help avoid complications, please remain logged in on any devices that are currently logged in.

Shopify has found and fixed an issue with their login authentication flow, and are seeing signs of recovery for admin and POS login issues now. We are continuing to monitor recovery.
