We have noticed that older versions of the platform are having trouble accessing the data portal. We are working to identify the cause and resolve the issue. Access to the data portal via a browser is working.

We have received reports that, under certain circumstances, it is not possible to log in to the EPLAN Cloud. We are currently investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.
