From our investigations, the problem appears to be on NWEA’s side, and we have already reached out to their support team for urgent assistance. Exact Path diagnostic, Renaissance, FL FAST, ILEARN and manual NWEA CSV upload customers are unaffected. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information or when the issue is resolved.
