    Axe Assistant was reported as unavailable. The error message indicated an overloaded_error (HTTP 529), meaning Anthropic's servers were temporarily unable to process requests due to high traffic volume. This is a third-party (Anthropic) capacity issue and not related to Deque's configuration or the user's request. The recommended action is to retry the request, ideally with exponential backoff. The situation is being monitored and a developer has been contacted for further investigation.
