    We have been receiving reports of Application Errors within the software. We are currently looking into this but in many cases logging out and back in, as well as clearing browser cache and cookies, has resolved the issue. We will continue to monitor and update here as needed and work on resolving the issue

    Intercom, the tool used to contact our support team and access the Daysmart Support Help Center is currently experiencing an issue. At this time, customers may be unable to click the Intercom chat, submit support messages or view help documentation through the Daysmart in-app support widget. This may also impact the ability to reach our teams by phone as well. The Daysmart Salon, BodyArt, Spa and Pet platforms themselves remain operational.     We are currently investigating an issue where merchants will receive an "Unable to authorize transaction" error during checkout and seeing transactions be auto voided within CardPointe when the transactions are made with a terminal. As a temporary workaround, transactions can be manually keyed in and will process properly.

    We are currently experiencing an outage due to a vendor issue with AWS. There is a major outage with their service that is affecting Daysmart. Users may experience issues with all platforms that include logging in, messaging and use of the mobile apps. We are closely monitoring a resolution from them as well as any other issues that may arise due to the issues.
