Some users may experience an issue in Contentsquare currently where taking new screenshots fails to load assets properly after being saved inside the zoning module. We are currently investigating. If you are experiencing the issue, please consider using the following options: - Leverage existing Retroactive Snapshots - Use the screenshot process available in CSLive to save a screenshot - Temporarily disable the CSLive Chrome extension
The issue has been resolved by a rollback. If for some reason you are still encountering an issue, please update CS Live to the latest version.
On August 21st, our email server was offline from approximately 2 AM EDT to 11 AM EDT. This outage prevented all emails from being sent, including scheduled alerts. Our team has since resolved the issue and email services have been fully restored. We have confirmed that new alerts are now being sent out as expected. We are currently investigating the root cause and evaluating whether to resend the alerts that were not delivered during the outage. We will provide another update once we have more information.
