    We are experiencing loading issues with Heatmaps & Z onings when creating new screenshots or when providing screenshot suggestions. Our team is currently investigating. Manual screenshots can be used as workaround for both Heatmaps and Zonings while we are fixing the issue.

    On August 21st, our email server was offline from approximately 2 AM EDT to 11 AM EDT. This outage prevented all emails from being sent, including scheduled alerts. Our team has since resolved the issue and email services have been fully restored. We have confirmed that new alerts are now being sent out as expected. We are currently investigating the root cause and evaluating whether to resend the alerts that were not delivered during the outage. We will provide another update once we have more information.
