    Hello! Since 14:00 UTC, we've been experiencing issues with recognizing ETH and tokens deposits. Because of this, users may see that the status stays stuck on "Awaiting Deposit" instead of updating to "Confirming" after sending their deposit. Our technical team is already looking into the issue and working on a fix. We'll provide you with an update within 1 hour.

    Hey again! We have identified the cause of the delay in deposit recognition. The issue occurred due to the incorrect operation of the internal service responsible for recognizing deposits. Our technical team is already working on a fix, and we expect it to be resolved in approximately 2 hours.

    Hey! As you might remember, today, between 14:00 and 16:10 UTC, we had some issues with recognizing ETH and tokens deposits.
