Resolved after 52 days 8 hours, affecting Zcash (ZEC), on June 2, 2026.
Since 03:00 AM UTC, we have been experiencing issues with ZEC exchange processing due to orphaned block on the network side and the resulting unavailability of liquidity from our providers. As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "sending to you" on the exchange page. Our technical team is already working on a solution. ZEC is currently unavailable for new exchanges to prevent additional affected transactions. We will get back to you with an update within several hours.
