    The mitigation has been successful and the system now appears stable. Users are able to access the system and perform operations as normal. Any Self Managed integration executions which failed are currently being replayed by our team. Any other queued integration executions should have been processed as normal during the outage.     We are aware of an issue affecting some customers where Consignment items are not being created on Consignments which are generated from Sale Orders. We have identified the issue and are working toward a fix.

Quick Fix: You can still access your account by updating your browser address to another page — for example: https://app.cartoncloud.com/[youraccount]/SaleOrders From there, you’ll be able to navigate through the system as usual.
