We are currently investigating an issue impacting BCR Queries and Dashboards within the Consumer Intelligence platform. Users may experience delays or failures when attempting to load dashboards or execute queries. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause. We’ll share another update as soon as more information becomes available. At this time, there are no temporary workarounds. Our Engineering Team have identified the issue causing delays in Query & Dashboard backfills and have implemented a fix to address the cause.
