A fix has been implemented and the backfill delays are now decreasing. We're continuing to monitor the results. Our team currently advises users try to avoid creating new queries or editing queries that are waiting to be backfilled as that may cause further backfill delays.

Our Engineering Team have confirmed the issue causing delays in Query backfills has now been fully resolved. Queries can now be created and edited as normal. We thank you for your continued patience and apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue has caused.
