    We are investigating an issue during the process of assigning sensors to a group on our dashboard. Users will notice that when a sensor is assigned to a new or existing group, that assignment does not reflect correctly on the Experience page of the dashboard.

    We are currently experiencing a problem with our Issue processing pipeline. Issues are out of sync between our systems. Additionally, we are seeing inconsistent Issue data.

    We have fixed the issue which was affecting the issue pipeline and are monitoring the situation. There were no delays in sending alerts or incidents. The customers using data push destinations with issues will see duplicate data appearing as part of our recovery. These customers will also have data from before we identified the problem which has data that is invalid. We suggest skipping over the data that is invalid and consuming from the start of the duplicate data which begins with the timestamp from 12 January 2026

    We experienced an issue in the pipeline between the UXI servers and GreenLake that caused: • Delays when provisioning new UXI Application Instances. • Failures when logging into the UXI Dashboard via GreenLake. The issue has now been resolved. All pending UXI Application Instance provisioning requests have been processed, and users are once again able to log into the UXI Dashboard using GreenLake. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

    We are experiencing an outage with one of our service providers which is causing users to be unable to log into the dashboard or to experience some other issues. We are monitoring the situation and will update as we obtain more information. Whilst we monitor this we will investigate alternative options to restore dashboard functionality

    We have identified an issue in the pipeline for customers who are signing up to the product for the first time. The issue results in the dashboard loading indefinitely when a new customer signs in. We have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix.     Issue: GreenLake users are currently unable to access the UXI dashboard by selecting “Login via GreenLake” directly on the dashboard login page. Workaround: Users can still access the UXI dashboard by first authenticating via GreenLake and then launching the UXI application from their GreenLake workspace.
