    Between November 20th and November 22nd, users who have configured a custom web server test with SSL certificate validation set to 'false' may have experienced erroneous SSL errors on their dashboards. This occurred when HTTP tests were redirected to HTTPS by the web server. This issue affected a small subset of customers that had this specific test configuration. The issue has been identified and resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    The issue affecting G5E/G5C sensors has been identified, the root cause of the failure mitigated, and all the unaffected devices have been confirmed to be completely stable. No further failures will occur so there is no concern of a broader impact. If you devices were affected, you have been contacted directly via email or through Intercom chat. If you have not been notified, then you have not been affected by this issue. If you were affected, your sensor would have had a constant blue LED light and would've appeared offline on a dashboard, a factory reset will bring these devices back online. If you're still encountering issues please reach out to support.

    As of October 22rd 2:30 AM UTC, we've observed that the Librespeed (librespeed.org) server is refusing connections. What is the impact: - Librespeed tests configured to automatically select a target are showing an error due to librespeed.org being unavailable. - Creating or Editing a Librespeed test on the dashboard will not show a list of Servers to choose. It is still possible to specify a server Here's what you need to know: - No UXI Sensor Issues: There are no issues with the UXI sensors themselves. - If you wish to mute notifications related to this test, you can do so under Settings -> Notifications. We're actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we have them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Between 13:15 GMT and 13:45 GMT users would have experienced a delay in the Test Results and Issues being displayed on the dashboard. We were able to identify and resolve the issue. After resolving the issue we started catching up on the backlog. No data was lost during this time and the sensors continued to run their tests.

    We have identified an issue where the creation or deletion of tests, as well as assigning tests to networks or sensors, was not being accurately reflected on the dashboard. This affected any changes between Thursday 29 August 2024, 06:30 ET and Monday 2 September 2024, 09:30 ET. During this period, the sensors received the correct configurations and executed the tests, but the results were not reflected on the dashboard. The issue has been resolved and the dashboard updated, and should now reflect the latest configuration, as well as test results which were received during this period.
