We’re aware of an ongoing issue with file uploads in Arbor. Customers may receive an error message or a firewall block when trying to upload some files. We are working on a fix and will update customers here once this has been deployed. Thank you for your patience whilst we work on this. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We’re continuing to work an issue impacting file uploads to Arbor. This is impacting all file uploads such as profile pictures, external report cards, CTFs, academic notes, custom report imports. It will also impact the ability to send communications with attachments. We’ll update again here when we have more information.

We’re continuing to work on a fix for the issues customers will be experiencing when trying to upload files to Arbor. We appreciate this is likely to cause disruption for some users and are very sorry. An update will be posted again here later this morning.
