    We experienced a delay in ASO scoring calculations and Keywords data collection. The root cause has now been identified and resolved. At this time, we are still processing the backlog generated during the incident. As a result, some delays in ASO scoring may continue until processing is fully completed. We are actively working to restore normal performance as quickly as possible and will provide further updates if needed.

    Between March 26–27, we observed issues with receiving new reviews from Google Play. It appears the problem was on Google’s side — not with review availability, but with their ability to publish reviews. On our side, this showed up as a significant drop in the number of reviews we collect, which led to: • Fewer alerts being sent • Fewer replies being generated
