    We are aware of an issue affecting some landline services, where services may not be working. Customers should expect to have an engaged tone on their landline. Our upstream provider is currently investigating the issue as a priority.

Our upstream provider resolved the issue by moving traffic to alternate nodes, and test calls have been successful with call success rates returning to normal.     We are currently aware of an outage affecting some Zeronet broadband customers in the West Auckland region. Customers may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the internet. Our upstream technicians are on-site and continuing restoration work. Estimated Time of Restoration: Sunday 22 February, 5:22 AM We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved. Please do not factory reset your router during this outage, as this will not restore your connection. If your service is still not working once the outage has been resolved, please try power cycling your router. We will continue to monitor the outage, and a further update will be provided Sunday morning at 8:00 AM.
