We identified an issue affecting Viewing Stations with a non-English locale set. We’ve since shipped a new version, that resolves it. Symptom: affected customers most likely saw a black screen on their VX. What we’ve done: went through the list of affected devices, manually updated the ones we could, and verified they’re back to a healthy, streaming state.

Multiple Command services are degraded or unavailable, including login for GovCloud users, person profile photos in Command Users and Access Users, and some video, search, and analytics features. We have identified the cause and are deploying a fix across all services.
A fix has been validated and is now rolling out to affected services. GovCloud login and Access Control are the most affected areas. Recovery will be gradual as each service completes its rollout.
