We have contacted Spectrum, which is aware of the event and is investigating a suspected fiber cut. They have engaged their 3rd party vendor to locate and repair the suspected fiber damage.       TPx has identified and is monitoring a service disruption for our customers using Towerstream OTT services with TPx SD-WAN equipment in the Los Angeles CA area. Towerstream is working diligently to restore its network as quickly as possible. They have provided a notice of possible service restoration this afternoon 5/29.       We are currently experiencing an issue where no options are accessible across the all VCO . Initial assessment suggests that user privileges may have changed from Operator Superuser to Operator Business, resulting in restricted access. A P1 case has been opened with Arista for further investigation and resolution.

      We are currently experiencing a major outage in the Las Vegas Area. We identified a maintenance activity that is unexpectedly affecting our redundant link and we are escalating with our Providers for immediate investigation.       We have confirmed that the primary link outage was caused by a scheduled maintenance window (MOP 72515). This link successfully restored at 02:28 PST, recovering network connectivity and bringing the Las Vegas market back online. Our team is currently monitoring service stability on the active circuit. Concurrently, we are escalating the issue with the secondary provider to restore the redundant link, which remains down.
