A fix was attempted and users are now able to log in to the app. However users some users are still seeing issues with the app loading properly after logging in. Killing the app and reopening seems to resolve as a workaround. Devs are continuing to investigate and work towards a better solution.

A fix has been implemented that has resolved the error causing a blank page to display for the listed features. However, users are now experiencing an issue where the page "sticks" when navigating from one impacted feature to another. Refreshing the page will also resolve this as a workaround and allow the page to load. It is recommended for mobile app users to access the Business Center on a mobile browser for the time being so that the refresh page option may be used to resolve any stuck pages.

Current Status: Degraded Performance Discovered: 3/6/2025 Resolved: Impacted Product: Business Center Affected Feature: Marketing - Email Announcements What does this mean for you? Users are experiencing issues when sending an Announcement using the "Send Now" option. The Announcement is not sending right away despite using the Send Now option and is being delayed from sending, in some cases for multiple hours. We are investigating the root cause with high urgency. Current Workaround: No current workaround. The Announcement send eventually. Users should not attempt to send the same Announcement multiple times. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

Our development team has implemented a number of measures that has mitigated the issue with delays when sending announcements. The root cause is still being investigated further to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

A small amount of users have reported experiencing delays in the last several days. While the delays have been minimal, our development team continues to fully investigate these reports and the root cause. The measures implemented have proven to be effective with the reduction of reports, however they continue to work towards a permanent solution to fully resolve the issue.

This incident has been resolved. Our development team has implemented numerous measures to help mitigate any delays and we have not had any further reports of Announcement delays since they were implemented. If further issues are experienced please report to our Thryv Support team.

Current Status: Partial Outage Discovered: 2/25/25 1PM CST Resolved: Impacted Product: Marketing Center, Business Center, and Command Center Affected Feature: Marketing Center & Business Center: Social Platform Command Center: Website Builder What does this mean for you? At this time when accessing the Social platform via Marketing Center or Business Center users will see an error stating "We were unable to locate your subscription" and cannot access the Social Platform features. Similarly, if users attempt to access their website builder via Command Center, users will see the same error stating "We were unable to locate your subscription" and cannot access the Website Builder features. We have a high priority ticket opened with our development team to determine the root cause and have this resolved. No current ETA Current Workaround: N/A We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

Current Status: Degraded Performance Discovered: 2/4/2025 - 9:45 AM CST Resolved: 2/4/2025 - 3:30 PM CST Impacted Product: Business Center Affected Feature: Invoices & Estimates What does this mean for you? When creating an Invoice or Estimate we are seeing that the pre selected Bill To contact fields are not displaying under the Bill To section as they should. Only the contact name is displaying under the Bill To section. Invoices and Estimates are functioning normally otherwise, and the issue seems to be intermittent. Current Workaround: No current workaround We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.
