    Current Status: Partial Outage Discovered: 10/27/2025 12:30 PM CST Resolved: 10/27/2025 5PM CST Impacted Product: Business Center - Mobile Application only Affected Feature: Mobile App - all features What does this mean for you? Some users are reporting being unable to access the thryv Business Center mobile application. Users are met with a blank/white screen when opening the app and attempting to log in and use the app. Current Workaround: Business Center can be accessed on a mobile browser (chrome mobile preferred) We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    A fix was attempted and users are now able to log in to the app. However users some users are still seeing issues with the app loading properly after logging in. Killing the app and reopening seems to resolve as a workaround. Devs are continuing to investigate and work towards a better solution.

    We now believe this issue is only affecting a small number of Business Center Mobile users. Workaround: Restarting the Thryv Business Center app (fully closing and re-opening it) should resolve the issue for most users. Notifications: Because this is impacting only a small subset of users, notifications will be paused. You can continue to check this status page for the latest updates.     This incident has been resolved. Our development has implemented measures that have resolved users being unable to access the thryv Business Center mobile application.
