At this time users cannot access the Thryv Leads report from within the Business Center. The Leads product is still working as intended, this is only effecting being able to access the report. Our development team has identified the issue and is working on implementing a fix. We will provide further updates as soon as possible. Current Workaround: Thryv Leads reporting can still be accessed through the Command Center menu. Users without a Command Center can call our Thryv Support team at 844-998-4798 and request to be connected to a Thryv Leads specialist who can review the stats through our employee portal. Availability may be limited due to Winter Break Closing. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    We are currently investigating an issue with users being unable to access their website builder. Issue Experience: Command Center users with a BIY or Professionally Designed website are unable to access their website builder currently. When accessing the website builder we see a landing page asking to purchase a website. Websites are still live and not impacted, this is only causing issues with accessing the editor. This incident is currently effecting: Users: Global Device/OS: Desktop/Browser Effected Component: BIY/Professional Designed Website Current Workaround: Command Center users with a Business Center can access the website editor through their Business Center under Online Presence > Websites. Users with a Professionally Designed Website but no Business Center can call our Web team at 844-998-4798 option 3 if any immediate changes need to be made to a website. New Growth Package users are unable to set up their location targeting. Existing Growth Package users are unable to edit their location targeting. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    We are continuing to work on fixing this issue. A temporary solution has been implemented by the developers that should now allow for the Growth Package location targeting screen to load. This solution restores functionality to adding, editing, and deleting locations. The workaround for this is that users will have to add locations via the map. Users should click on the location on the map and they will see the location added to the search bar. Once all locations are added, users should be able to click on save changes. Please note that adding locations via the search bar is still not functional. We will provide more updates soon.
