    Discovered: 6/11/2026 2 AM CST Resolved: Impacted Product: Marketing Center Affected Feature: Reputation - Review Response What does this mean for you? The Reputation tab is not loading for all users. When attempting to visit the Reputation tab we get the 3 loading dots and the page never fully loads. Include Geographic Scope: Global Current Workaround: No current workaround We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates. Next Update Scheduled For: 10:30 AM CST

    Our development team was able to quickly identify the root cause for this issue and a fix has been implemented.
