  1. investigating Jul 23, 2026, 03:30 PM UTC

Good morning! We are currently investigating reports of service disruptions affecting several Microsoft services. Some users may experience the following: **Microsoft Teams** - Application errors or difficulty accessing and using Teams. **SharePoint** - Issues accessing files, saving changes, or synchronizing content. **OneDrive** - Issues saving or synchronizing files. **Microsoft Azure** - Connection issues affecting Azure hosted servers and services. At this time, neither the Microsoft 365 Service Health page nor the public Azure Status page is showing a widespread service event. Because of this, the impact may vary by tenant, service, or region. Our team is continuing to monitor the situation closely and review Microsoft’s service health updates. We understand how disruptive these issues can be and appreciate your patience while we work to gather more information. We will share additional updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The Tech-Keys Team
