Delayed data in one Tableau data source for a small number of customers
Ongoing since 04:20 PM UTC, affecting Tableau.
We identified an issue affecting a small number of customers who use the "Daily Stock Movement Summary" data source in Tableau. From 3rd November 2026, this data source was not updated with new daily data. No other Tableau data sources, dashboards or SynergySuite features were affected. The stock movement report in SynergySuite stayed accurate throughout. We deployed a fix today and are monitoring the next scheduled update. We will then fill in the missing days so the data source is complete. No action is needed from affected customers.
