We are currently investigating this issue.

  2. identified Sep 10, 2025, 01:39 AM UTC

The issue has been identified. Some users can now access the Analyze page or Collect Responses page for their surveys. We're still working to ensure that all users can access Analyze and Collect on their surveys. However, there's now an additional issue where when users are trying to log in and register a new device, there's a continuous spinning wheel/loading loop. We're actively investigating this additional issue.

  3. resolved Sep 10, 2025, 02:57 AM UTC

All issues have been fixed, including the following: - Some users cannot access Collect Responses on their surveys - Some users cannot access Analyze on their surveys - Users face a continuous spinning wheel/loading loop if they log in and need to register a new device - Team Summary and Manage Users should be working correctly If any of these above issues are still not resolved, please clear your browser's cache.
