    Users with 10DLC local area code numbers are experiencing delivery issues for both inbound and outbound messages. At this time, users are also experiencing issues receiving two-factor authentication codes when logging into their accounts. Currently, both inbound and outbound messages on Toll-free numbers remain operational. We are investigating this issue as quickly as possible and will post updates as we work to get this resolved.
