    Users with 10DLC local area code numbers are experiencing delivery issues for both inbound and outbound messages. At this time, users are also experiencing issues receiving two-factor authentication codes when logging into their accounts. Currently, both inbound and outbound messages on Toll-free numbers remain operational. We are investigating this issue as quickly as possible and will post updates as we work to get this resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    The issue was identified and a fix has been implemented. Both inbound and outbound messages sent during this time should now be delivering. Additionally, codes for Two-Factor Authentication should be received as expected. We will continue monitoring the results. Thanks for your patience as we work to confirm this is resolved.

    This incident has been resolved. We can confirm messaging for 10DLC numbers and delivery of Two-Factor Authentication codes are working as expected. No messages should have been lost during this time.
