Is SimpleTexting down?

We are currently investigating reports of customers not receiving text messages to their AT&T devices as part of Two-Factor Authentication when attempting to log into SimpleTexting. At this time, verification via email is working as expected and we do not believe other carriers to be impacted. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available. We’re investigating an issue with Intercom, which is preventing us from receiving customer support chats and emails. Intercom has informed us they have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. Customers have reported they are now able to initiate live chats with SimpleTexting teams. Users have reported issues with creating new SimpleTexting accounts and accessing their previously created free-trials. We are currently looking into the cause and scope of this issue. We hope to have the system fully operational as soon as possible.

The issue impacting account creation and issues to existing free-trial accounts has been identified. A fix is currently being implemented by our engineering team.
