If any orders have not printed during this downtime, you can re-print them from inside Shiptheory, if you have orders that have not synced across to Shiptheory, please take the action that triggers them sending from your sales channel to Shiptheory. For example, if marking them as "Shipped" usually returns a tracking number / label, that would be the trigger.
