Our reporting and management service, my.sheerid.com, was unavailable for approximately 15 minutes. This also caused downtime with our manual doc review system. The problem was addressed, the system has returned to normal, and traffic is being monitored.

12:11am PDT on October 20, 2025: A major cloud service provider outage began that resulted in degraded quality of all SheerID systems and services. This included blocking SheerID's ability to update its Status page. 2:01am PDT: The cloud service provider identified root cause and began recovery work. 2:11am PDT: A disaster state of SheerID systems and services was declared and recovery measures began. 2:22am PDT: All SheerID systems and services were fully restored.
