    12:11am PDT on October 20, 2025: A major cloud service provider outage began that resulted in degraded quality of all SheerID systems and services. This included blocking SheerID's ability to update its Status page. 2:01am PDT: The cloud service provider identified root cause and began recovery work. 2:11am PDT: A disaster state of SheerID systems and services was declared and recovery measures began. 2:22am PDT: All SheerID systems and services were fully restored.
