RXNT has reported the following: It has been brought to our attention that customers are experiencing a full system outage impacting the ability to log into RXNT. This issue has been flagged as a priority 1 issue, which means our engineering team will work around the clock until the issue is resolved. As a result, RevolutionEHR’s integration with RXNT may be unavailable or degraded. We’re monitoring RXNT’s progress and will post updates as we receive them.

RXNT has confirmed that users should now be able to log in successfully. They have reverted to their legacy login page to restore access and avoid further delays. RXNT mentioned that some users may receive an “Invalid password” error. In that even they suggest a password reset by following the steps below: On the RXNT login page, click Forgot Password and complete the reset. In RevolutionEHR, update your stored RXNT credentials: Admin → Employee/Roles → Employees → [your profile] → External System IDs. Please note: RXNT system performance may be slower than usual while services fully recover. We’re continuing to monitor and will share updates as we receive them.

We are aware of an issue impacting the ability to scan directly into RevolutionEHR following a recent Google Chrome security update. Our development team is actively working to update our scanning integration software to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. In the meantime, documents can be scanned outside of RevolutionEHR using your scanner’s software and uploaded manually. We’ll post an update as soon as this issue is resolved.

We’ve been notified by RXNT of a system-wide outage affecting RXNT logins. As of 1:05 PM ET, RXNT reports that users may be unable to sign in and access RXNT services. RXNT has classified this as a Priority 1 incident, and their engineering team is working around the clock to resolve it. What we know: Start time: 1:05 PM ET Impact: Login/access to RXNT is currently unavailable for all clients We will relay any new information from RXNT to you as soon as it’s available. No action is required on your end at this time. If you have downtime procedures related to RXNT-dependent workflows, you may wish to follow them until service is restored.

To restore access and prevent any further delays in this outage, they reverted to their legacy login page. We are currently experiencing intermittent phone issues due to a known AWS outage impacting multiple major services. At times, our phones may connect normally, while other times you may have difficulty reaching us. AWS is actively working to resolve the issue.

We have identified an issue affecting billers and other users with access to multiple RevolutionEHR accounts, where functionality challenges arise when switching between accounts. Our engineering team has developed a solution, and we are scheduled to deploy a fix tonight at 9:00 PM PST. This update will not cause any system downtime; however, active users will be logged out and prompted to log in again. To avoid issues until the fix is implemented, we recommend that users switching between RevolutionEHR accounts log out of RevolutionEHR, close their browser, reopen the browser, and then navigate to revolutionehr.com.
