Provation Apex Connectivity Issue We are aware that some Provation Apex customers may experience connectivity issues due to a third-party network issue affecting traffic routed through certain external vendor firewalls following recent firmware upgrades. Affected users may see ERR_TIMED_OUT or ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE errors. Cloudflare has identified the issue, and we will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Between approximately 6:52 PM and 8:17 PM CDT on August 19, 2026, customers were unable to access Provation Apex due to an expired certificate. Our operations team identified the issue and restored service. No customer data was accessed, lost, or exposed as a result of this event. We have implemented corrective actions to help prevent a recurrence. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
