We have confirmed that our hosting provider began experiencing DNS issues, which resulted in some service availability degradation. As a result, customers may encounter difficulties accessing the Provation Apex portal. We will provide more information within the next 60 minutes or sooner.

On October 29, 2025, between 10:56 AM and 3:35 PM CDT, the Apex platform experienced service interruptions due to an outage at a third-party content delivery network. This caused the application interface to be unavailable for some users. Our team actively monitored and worked to mitigate the impact until service was fully restored. The issue is now resolved
