This incident has been resolved. Dedicated clusters running Adobe Commerce were experiencing memory shortages and instability due to PHP-FPM processes exhausting available memory. Our Ops team has not detected new occurrences since, and the incident is referenced under Adobe CSO 202609100105. Root cause on our side points to the PHP-FPM processes driving the cluster out of memory. Affected projects have been recovered. We are monitoring the situation.
All services have now been restored to normal.
The infrastructure hosts hosting projects in this region have been restarted by the infrastructure provider as a part of scheduled maintenance to install security patches. The sites experienced several short intermittent outages until the maintenance finished. We also had to recover several projects as they were in incorrect state after the host reboot. Customers can now use and access projects and deployments as normal. If you are still experiencing issues with access to your projects, please contact our support team.
