This incident has been resolved. Dedicated clusters running Adobe Commerce were experiencing memory shortages and instability due to PHP-FPM processes exhausting available memory. Our Ops team has not detected new occurrences since, and the incident is referenced under Adobe CSO 202609100105. Root cause on our side points to the PHP-FPM processes driving the cluster out of memory.
