AS2 EDI Order Transmission Delay

   Dear Suppliers and Customers, We have received reports of orders being delayed by up to 70 minutes this evening. This issue appeared to begin at approximately 5pm and is impacting exclusively AS2 EDI suppliers only, transmission of direct FTP orders or email orders is not impacted. While the orders are taking longer than expected to transmit, we are not experiencing any failures to deliver. The maintenance tonight will proceed as planned as all AS2 orders are being dispatched from Procure Wizard itself on time, the delay is in a 3rd party queue and we will continue to work to resolve the blockage on. There is no risk of the maintenance cause the failure of the transmission of these AS2 orders. Kind Regards, Procure Wizard Support Team

   Dear Customers and Suppliers, The AS2 EDI order transmission backlog is now cleared in full and orders are transmitting within the expected timelines. The system will be offline for scheduled maintenance this evening and no further orders will be able to be placed until approximately 10pm, we will monitor the queue closely throughout the day tomorrow and throughout the week and work to ensure there is a permanent solution in place to avoid future occurrences.
