Paystack Outage History

We are currently seeing an increased number of failed transactions for cards issued by Zenith bank due to downtime from the bank. As a result, payments made with Zenith-issued cards may fail. Other card types and payment channels remain unaffected and are operating as usual. We are actively working with the bank to resolve this issue and will share updates as soon as more information is available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We are experiencing a delay with receiving Topups into Titan PT accounts as a result of a bank downtime. As a result, inflows into these accounts might take some time to be applied. We're working with the bank to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as possible. Inflows into Paystack Titan and Wema accounts for Pay with Transfer (PwT) and Dedicated Virtual Accounts (DVA) remain unaffected

We are currently experiencing an issue with **MTN Mobile Money transactions** due to downtime on MTN’s platform. This is causing most MTN Mobile Money payments to fail.
