Our processing partner has applied a fix, and card payments with Verve cards have been succeeding since 10:30 PM WAT. We're monitoring to confirm that success rates remain normal.

Card payments with Verve cards are failing at a higher rate than usual. Other card schemes are not affected. We're investigating and have notified our processing partner. What this means for you: \- Card payments may fail or be declined at a higher rate than usual. \- Verve cards are the most affected Customers can complete payment with Mastercard and Visa cards, Pay with Transfer, Pay with Bank, USSD and Opay in the meantime.
