    On September 27, 2025, from 8:47 AM to 9:30 AM CT, Enterprise Asset Management Web and Mobile App ("New UI") users may have seen an error message on the login screen. This error could be dismissed, allowing work to continue without further disruption. However, if a customer was using an older bookmark to customername.cartegraph.app they would have encountered a DNS error preventing access.

Customers who attempted to access this site during that time would have encountered a DNS error. During the same window, Cartegraph One Mobile App users may have seen an error message on the login screen. This error could be dismissed, allowing work to continue without further disruption. Service has now been fully restored. We have also implemented safeguards to prevent recurrence.
