As a precaution we have disabled access while we investigate a resolution. Our team is actively investigating and working on this issue.

As a precaution we have disabled access while we investigate a resolution. Our team is actively investigating and working on this issue.

    We’ve made progress isolating the underlying cause of the service issue, which appears to involve a third-party network service affecting certain login and user session behaviors. As a precaution, access remains temporarily disabled while we continue validation. Further updates will be shared here.

    The issue has been identified and a fix has been applied. Access to the OpenGov platform is being restored while teams continue to monitor and validate system performance. Some users may experience slower-than-normal performance during this period. This includes our Knowledge Center.

    As part of our final remediation and to ensure service performance is fully restored moving forward, we recommend refreshing active browser sessions so users load the most up-to-date configuration. This can be done with a hard refresh (⌘ + Shift + R on Mac, Shift + F5 on Windows).
