We are currently investigating a live service issue where some users are experiencing a problem when attempting to sign in to OpenAthens and are receiving the following error: "OA-AP-4011-26: Unable to map the user to an organisation." Our team is working to understand the cause of the issue and will provide an update when further information is available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and your users.

We've identified the root cause of the problem and are currently investigating options around how to best mitigate it.
