We are currently investigating increased latency affecting the Interactions tab for a subset of customers. Users may experience slower-than-normal load times when accessing interactions, applying filters, or navigating between interaction records. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to mitigate the issue. We will share the next update as soon as we have additional information.
