    Dealers using CDK experienced intermittent failures between 8:00–8:20 AM PST that caused parts pricing not to load, RO writeback to fail, and delays in repair order and appointment syncing. The issue has now been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally. Users will need to make an update to any impacted ROs for them to pull through.
