   We are investigating an issue affecting some users during the Metal Pay identity verification (KYC) process. Affected users may be unable to select their correct date of birth. In some cases, an incorrect date of birth may also be displayed on their account after submission. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

   Our team has developed a fix, and a new app release addressing this issue is scheduled to be available tomorrow. Once the update is released, affected users should update to the latest version of the app before attempting identity verification again. We will provide another update once the new app version is available.

   The issue has been resolved for Android users. Please update your Metal Pay app to the latest version available on the Google Play Store. For iOS users, a new version of the Metal Pay app will be available soon. We will notify you as soon as it is ready for download.
