    An edge router was required to failover, the failover took longer than expected, and there was a ~3 minute outage. The routers are currently operating correctly. We will take action to understand why the failover was not instantaneous. The outage affected all production API and some limited authorization traffic for those customers served by this router from 11:55am - 11:58am GMT An incident report will be shared for this.

    Our engineers have detected a possible Visa outage. Cardholders may not be able to provision their digital wallet token on the Visa network. We are investigating and awaiting confirmation from Visa.

    Some users on the Visa network may encounter a digital wallet tokens not found error. Some users may also see a different wallet token status when comparing Marqeta to Visa. Engineers have engaged Visa for more information, they expect a response within 48 hours.

    As of 12:13 PM ET we observed a reduction in digital wallet tokens - not found errors. Visa is still actively investigating the root cause of the issue.
